My 15 year old son picked out a shirt he wanted. I purchased it for him. After returning home I noticed the shirt was faded on the back. The store owner wouldn’t exchange the shirt nor except it back as a return. Also while shopping I laid my keys down to look at some southern cotton shirts. When I realized what I had done and asked owner if any keys had been turned in he questioned me over and over about my keys b4 returning them to me. No longer will be shopping here.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a ship. Falsely accused of shoplifting just because I had picked up something and laid it down also my partner was as well. Will never return here and will tell my story to all who will listen !
My family had an awful experience at the Ocean Isle shop. Absolutely horrid customer service! This place just lost 2 families worth of business. We put our things down and walked right out. My sister in law was trying on flip flops and was very rudely spoken to while doing so, the woman told her to stop touching and put them back! Older gentleman that works there is rude making insulting comments. Do NOT shop there.
False advertising. Sign outside store says entire store 50% off except costa sunglasses. I asked for a pair of oakley’s and owner said 20% off. After I told him about false advertising he said he’d make an extra sign just for me.
The rudest people. I normally go once or twice a year to this shop and almost always buy stuff but I will NEVER go back there simply because of my experience. The guy at the counter insulted me over and over he’s a narcissistic jerk.

Honestly the meanest people ever. I tripped and fell over a hazard in the aisle near the cash register. Hurt my knees and neck. Not one person in the store asked if I was ok. I brought the hazard to the attention of the store clerk and she told me “that’s not my fault. The manger put that there.” We checked out and left - on our way to seek medical attention. If the manager wants to check in with me please send a message. I would love to share my less than positive experience with you.
