Run far away! This office is super unprofessional. My toddler is a former patient and we switched to a different doctor but I just had to leave a review so others know to avoid this practice. Their nurse line “on-call” doctor took hours to get in touch with and dismissed my concerns (which turned out to be valid). They also gave my daughter only 1 of the 4 vaccines that were recommended at her last well visit, and I didn’t find out about it until we switched doctors later. She has been taking care of my kids for 22 years. They are now at the age that I have to find them a regular doctor. We are so sad because she is the best doctor. I wish we could all use her.
Dr Tsu is excellent. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with questions.
