Excellent buying experience at TS&S specifically with Greg Johnson. No pressure and the dealership stepped up throughout the process.
Staying in Bend for a few days and our AC went out. They got us in the next morning to get a diagnosis of a faulty AC pressure switch. They overnighted the part and got us back on the road, properly chilled.
After not being able to get my truck into the shop at my local Ford Dealer in Bend for at least 3 months, TS&S was able to get me in next day, diagnose and fix the issue and was ready within a couple of hours, all covered by warranty, even though my local shop said it wouldn't be. Couldn't be more happy with TS&S and how professional and kind they were to work with. Will be taking my vehicles there from now on. Worth the drive out to Madras.
