We would highly recommend TS&S Ford for purchasing a vehicle, service repair or parts. They have a wonderful team. We went to test drive a F150 and ended up with a truck. Everyone was great from Dustin to Shane. They explained everything. If I have to purchase another vehicle, we will be going back to TS&S Ford!
I've been looking for a transit for some time to add to my old fleet. We looked every place from this side of the cascade to over in the valley. They were the best price, kind helpfully and UPFRONT!! Eslie HANDS DOWN WAS AMAZING! Half the reason we choose them was because of him. He answered all my questions, listen to my needs and was truthful and helpful! 100 PERCENT WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE!
I cannot recommend TS&S Ford's service department based on my repeated experiences. The first issue happened after a routine oil change when my truck was returned to me without the oil fill cap installed. That's a basic quality control item that should never be missed. The next issue involved warranty work. I was told my truck would only need to be at the dealership for 48 hours so the warranty inspector could evaluate it.
