I live in Bend but chose to drive to Madras because I heard good things about them. I was not disappointed. They were able to get me in right away for a recall. Got the car in on time, and they even gave me clips and put my bumper back on for me. Everyone was super friendly. I will be back soon. Thank you.
Had a recall performed on my Lincoln MKX. (Fuel tank) For some reason it won't rev over 3000 RPM. After finding a couple handfuls of dirt in my fuel pump assembly, inspecting the old tank and the new tank both that are clean! Ford's offered to charge me to diagnose my problem! This is completely unacceptable in my opinion a technician would have had to knock dirt into the tank and then finish the install... Very timely on completing the work on my truck. Very trustworthy counter help. They have some of the most knowledgeable service techs. I have already spoken to the sales manager about buy my next truck there. I live in Seattle and I will only purchase services from TS&S Ford. Worth the drive.
We recently visited TS&S Ford in Madras to purchase a new car. Like most people, we weren’t exactly looking forward to the process—but that quickly changed.
