我在钱医生这里治疗第4、6颗牙齿，补牙后持续出现不适症状。期间第6颗牙曾重新补过一次，但症状仍未改善。多次复诊中，我反映的疼痛和敏感问题未得到系统评估或影像检查，治疗方案也未明确，问题一直持续存在。 由于第4、6颗牙长期不适，我在过去一年中几乎不敢使用这一侧牙齿咀嚼，导致咀嚼功能受到影响。在这一年的过程中，我并不知道第7颗牙已经出现更严重的问题。直到近期在钱医生的推荐下转诊专科检查，经过更系统的评估后，专科医生首次明确指出第7颗牙的状况比第6颗更严重，并建议优先处理第7颗牙，同时建议第4、6颗牙可更换为不敏感的补牙材料。需要强调的是，第7颗牙的严重程度是在这次专科检查后才被确认，而不是我早已知情。 在专科面诊时，医生口头表达的结论与随后出具的书面报告内容存在不一致，这让我对诊断过程产生困惑与不安。 在我持续反映症状的情况下，诊所多次提出退款，并建议我去其他医院继续治疗，而没有提供进一步的诊断、检查或有效的治疗方案。没办法最终我接受退款，并转去其他牙医继续治疗。虽然退款解决了费用问题，但这一年反复往返、持续不适、浪费大量时间和精力，并且长期不敢使用这一侧牙齿导致的饮食受限，已经影响了我的正常生活并对身体和心理造成了显著负担。 希望钱医生以后在类似... read more
At the end of August this year, Dr. Xie extracted two wisdom teeth and one impacted molar for me. Since it was my first time having teeth pulled, I was a bit nervous, but seeing how confidently Dr. Xie handled the procedure put my mind at ease.
