Melissa was so nice! She and I had a good conversation about what kind of hairstyle I was looking for and what I wanted it to look like. It came out perfectly! I love it so much, I've already made another appointment.

I should have read the reviews first ... I needed a last minute haircut and their website showed availability for the next day - amazing! I booked the appointment, paid in full and then called when nobody showed up at my appointment time. Turns out their policy is that you have to book 48 hours in advance, even though their website will let you book less than that (and I still haven't found where it says that). So they 'canceled' my appointment after not showing up and I still have to pay $20 for the effort they spent lookin... read more
Extremely unprofessional. They scammed and their customer service was the of the worst I have seen. Giving one star seems far too generous.
