My favorite Chinese place. I don’t live in Iowa anymore but whenever I visit i always go to Tsing Tsao! I especially love their crab Rangoons, orange chicken and sesame chicken.
Cold everything. Soggy breading on orange chicken. Zero spice and the chicken itself was hard. How they manage to picky fail orange chicken (the most simplest dish to make) is crazy to me. Do not go to this location.
Empress chicken was precooked and reheated. Kung Pao chicken was all diced carrots and water chestnuts. Crab Rangoon was possibly frozen and reheated. Fried rice tastes like pure salt. I used to love this chain. $30 for two lunches and it went in the trash.
