The recommended procedure left my hair fried and it was recommended not because it was the best procedure for me, but because it was the most expensive. 6 months on, the hair is still damaged and I have no recourse.
Bill and the team were so welcoming! The salon was awesome and the greeting from Max the poodle was a lovely touch x thanks for making me feel special and walking out of there feeling and looking amazing!
