This was my first experience with TSI. I was Definitely not disappointed. i have owned Harleys for the past 20 years. This purchase was the easiest out of ANY vehicle i have ever purchased. i told Bill exactly what i wanted and he delivered what i wanted, not what he wanted to sell. The bike is perfect. i was given the tour of the facility and introduced to all the staff. i felt like I have been here a million times by the time we were done.
