I went to return what I thought was the wrong cup holder for my 2016 RG. Not only did Mark straighten me out, he installed it for this old non mechanical idget ..... God bless TSI in their infinite wisdom to hire Mark!!!!! They "ALL" make me, this back woods humorless old poop feel like family, and they never make me feel stupid. Thank you TSI.....
I am Happy you people are alive to put positive comments...I would not take my tricycle a child's tricycle to them...it can cost you your life..The . Mechanics should go back to school..and learn how to tighten bolts..

TSI employees treat their customers like long time friends. They truly love what they do so they put their all into everything they do. From the front counter right up to the owner, they are real people. No high pressure sales people just down to earth peeps that want to help and treat every question with regard and respect. I'm so happy I bought from TSI. I cannot wait till spring and summer so we can all ride again.
