Impossible to call and speak to someone, or get a call back after leaving numerous messages... It has been months, and I have had 2 appointments. I am supposed to have appointments on a weekly basis. After my first appointment I was told “therapist is no longer with company”. Weeks later I FINALLY got a new therapist, had one appointment, then the following week all my future appointments were canceled an hour before my 2nd appointment was supposed to take place.
