The service is really good and the people are very personable. I like that they have those little candies in glass jars like an old school pharmacy in the day.
Tschiffely the most reliable pharmacy I’ve ever used. The whole team is patient and kind. They’re the best.
Extremely poor communication with both patients and HCPs. Tech lied about phone conversation to cover up for not sending my meds and then Steven hung up on me. Do not recommend
Went today for the first time and had a mixed experience. The cashier I had was condescending, rude (pretty sure he rolled his eyes at me), and seemed to resent having to do any work. The pharmacist/tech (I’m not sure which) he passed me off to was super helpful and nice - like went out of his way to help me. Then I had to be passed back to the cashier for check out, and again, just not a pleasant experience (and frankly, took forever).
