Not a good experience. I called earlier today to inquire about medication with intentions to transfer my script here. The pharmacist or someone answered and place me on long hold. Might be busy, understand. When he came to phone, they ask my name and not what I needed. They said my other pharmacy had already called and they informed my current pharmacy that they can not do for me. I didnt have this info. But the way he said it was so rude and disrespectful. “Ive already told your pharmacy we dont have it”. And keep repeating... read more

I had a very difficult and unhelpful conversation with a pharmacist. It seemed as though they were projecting frustration from dealing with other callers onto me in an unfair way. To refuse to try to meet a patient with legitimate anxiety about the possibility that they won't be able to have access to a necessary medication is terrible customer service, poor professionalism, and should make this person ashamed to call themselves a medical professional.

Used to be great. This week I'm leaving after 15+ years because STEVE is horrendously rude to customers for no reason. Hangs up, yells, and generally makes everything harder than it needs to be. The other guy retired and must've successfully kept STEVE away from the customers, because he shouldn't be the "face" of anything

The absolute BEST! I should have written this review years ago. I am so grateful that my doctor recommended this pharmacy to me years ago, because in a city full of chain pharmacies (with pharmacists who often can’t be bothered to spend 2 seconds with you, and that are often out of stock on meds) the experience of going to a pharmacy can feel frustrating and disconnected. THE PHARMACIST WAS THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER SPOKEN TO AND SHOULD NOT BE IN HEALTHCARE!!!! I called politely to ask if there was a prescription available at this location because my pharmacy has been on back order for the past 3 weeks. I was RUDELY CUT OFF and told I would have to be a patient who has filled with the location before.
