Gave me a decent deal which is why I did not give one star. However, when the project was done, there were corners cuts and unfinished work throughout. After I took a look at his work, I had them come out again as it was sloppily done. A year later, what his team worked on broke. I figure I'll spend a little more money on someone else who I trust who will do it properly. Terrance, the owner, and his team did an excellent job on our house. He treated our 100 year old home with care and thoughtful problem solving. Our roof was being replaced by a different company that damaged our roman columns on the front porch. Terrance arrived and immediately began looking for the right replacement columns and while we waited for the custom columns he and his team made major repairs to the roof and porch that had also been damaged. i hired terrence & his construction company to do something out of the ordinary- show up to my dumptruck-obsessed nephew’s second birthday party. terrence happily agreed and made it down to the party. not only did he show up but he showed my nephew everything about the truck and even showed up with a hardhat and tshirt. his professionalism and heart is unmatched. given an upcoming ~actual~ construction need, i would hire him in a second. he delivers and really cares about the customer. thanks so much terrence!

It was a pleasure to work with T. Savage and crew. They completed a full renovation to a family home of mine. After evaluating, what stood out about T. Savage was his attention to detail and honest character. Without his guidance, I'm unsure how the renovation would be completed. He was able to navigate a myriad of options to ensure construction was within budget but also cater to the needs of the home.
