I feel very lucky that we have such a gifted surgeon in Toledo. Otherwise, I am willing to bet that many of us would rather make the trip to U of M. The quality of care in Toledo has never been known for its talents so to find someone who is really good, is difficult. Dr. Tsang fixed a reflux problem that I had been fighting for nearly 10 years. I just dealt with it because I did not want to have surgery. Now I wish I hadn't waited so long. Very low key guy, great doctor. Thank you, Dr. Tsang.
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Tsang. My mom is a nurse and has been since for over 20 years in the Toledo area. She is the one who suggested Dr. Tsang be the one to do my operation. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. He was very patient. To help me understand what was to happen he brought out an iPad and showed me pictures. Very tech savvy! I read his other reviews on this site and pretty much agree with what the other poster said. 5 star doc!

Very positive experience. I found Dr. Tsang and his staff to be very professional. He is a fine doctor. He was knowledgable and I felt very confident in him. My children said that after my procedure he took all the time needed to answer their questions. They didn't feel rushed or that he had more important things to do. It was a pleasure to find a surgeon who is so pleasantly calm and kind.
I was seen in the office by Dr. Tsang. He saw me promptly and spent more time with me than expected. He explained a complex problem and the procedure to me in great detail. He made me feel like I was part of the solution, rather than just along for the ride. I highly recommend Dr. Tsang and feel that he is the ideal surgeon.
