Dr Tsang explains things in a way that is understood by the patient. He listens to concerns and addresses them.
Dr. Tsang is a great doctor. He makes you feel like you are the only patient that he has to see that day. He takes his time and explains well.
Dr. Tsang performed hernia surgery on me in Dec. of 2022. I was left with a belly button that looks like the nipple on a baby milk bottle. His nurse told me today that it is not uncommon. I wish I had known this prior to the surgery so that we could have maybe used a different method of operation. She also told me that I would have to see a cosmetic surgeon to fix what I feel is a problem. Dr Tsang addressed the issue I was there for very well. He exhibited knowledge and confidence about my situation. He also answered other questions about issues that showed up in my scans I had gone through prior to my appointment which I appreciated hearing his thoughts on. I appreciate his knowledge and manner
