We called today to try and set up a parent interview with the doctor. Guess what? They said they don't do those; we could read about the doctors online. Why would I want to take my one year old to a doctor whom I have had no interaction with, don't know their ethics, views on alternative medicine, immunizations, etc. etc. etc. We will be looking elsewhere.
