Had a couple great visits so far
Dr Tsai is a fantastic doctor- very concerned and caring. Great diagnostician and makes tough subjects easy to discuss. Highly recommend him!!
Love Dr.Tsai and his wife who is also his secretary; they both have the heart and motivation to help people; He is a man of his word...once he is involved He is really involved rain or shine; weekdays or weekends. He will keep on going and explore different option with you as long as you are willing. Thank Dr.Tsai for taking my mom when we were desperate...we went in with your plans to the hospital with mom at about 90 pounds and she came out 118 pounds two weeks later. He worker hard!!!
Never seen a doctor so conscientious and enthusiastic in helping patients to understand the nature of a medical problem with all its possible ramifications and treatment alternatives. Dr. Tsai impressed me as a distinguished professor while functioning as a wonderful physician. His warmth, compassion and bedside manners are equally commendable.
When my husband wasn't feeling well, and we thought something was wrong with him, Dr. Tsai got us into his office immediately. He ordered labs, reports, and everything that we needed to make certain that my husband was ok. He sat with us and explained EVERYTHING and he explained it in terms that we could understand. He is a wonderful doctor and his office staff is also very nice to deal with.
Dr. Tsai was very friendly, clearly enjoys helping his patients, and was wonderful explaining and answering any questions. It was a great experience and I would recommend Dr. Tsai to everyone.
