Dr Tsai is a great doctor. He has a calm bedside manner and explains everything very clearly. I would recommend him.

I had my colonoscopy done yesterday, and I am very happy with the way the entire procedure, including the pre-op process, was handled by Dr. Tsai's team. Ms. Ying was very helpful in explaining the preop instructions, very patiently answering all my questions and concerns. I was a little circumspect about the dietary restrictions, but it is not as difficult as I had anticipated. I was referred to Dr.Tsai by a friend of mine who has been a patient of his for over 10 years. I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures done as I have a strong paternal family history of stomach and colon cancer and I am a 2x breast cancer survivor and there is a link between breast and colon cancer. It was a painless procedure, Dr. Tsai was remarkable, very experienced, skilled and showed me caring, courtesy and professionalism. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Tsai! I was very very sick and while I had a surgeon who my surgery Dr. Tsai can to check on me every day.
Needed to have a long overdue colonoscopy and went to Dr. Tsai as recommended by three friends who had said he was one of the most caring knowledgeable doctors in his field. He is all that and more. One of the few doctors who take time to answer questions and make the patient feel comfortable. What makes the doctor more special is his assistant/office manager who is his wife. my doc had a list of about 25 GI doctors but she put a Star next to Dr. Tsai. I called his office & the receptionist/office assistant Ying was so helpful & patient. She text me the night before to remind me of my appt. the consult was thorough & he treated me like a human & not just appt #3 of the day. I had some issues come up the Sunday before my procedure & Ying was available via text & contacted CVS for me. The procedure went perfectly & Dr. Tsai was a godsend. A true professional. Thank you
