Had our product for 13 days. I assumed it was being worked on. When I called, the fabric wasn't ordered yet and the project would not have bewn completed prior to Chriatmas. Picked up cusgion, brought somewhere else and it was completed in 6 days. T's is very busy and each employee gives different answers for project length.

Might increase stars once we get our work completed. We were told 3 weeks for completion andcalled after5 weeks. Then told !2 weeks is average wait. Employee had under developed customer service skills. Hope the wait is worth it We have plenty of other work to give them.

I had a camelback sofa reupholstered at T's Upholstery Studio for a fraction of the cost of a new sofa. They have also made beautiful sunbrella cushions and throw pillows for my patio furniture. T's does an exquisite job. Cindy and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Not inexpensive, but in my opinion well worth the cost. I would highly recommend them.
