Travis came to house called someone gave them the model number of my oven and he said it was discontinued and couldn't fix it. Charged $75.00 for doing nothing except showing up. if they had asked me over the phone what the model number was they could have given me the info over the phone and I would have saved $75. Total rip off. Don't use them.
Called them to come out and look at my refrigerator. The ice will not work. First the guy Travis does not speak good enough English to understand him. I was told it would be $75 to look at my unit and that would be wave if we fix it. I was fine with that. He came to the house put his hand in the ice maker and said "yup it's broke it will be $300 to fix."
