The fact that my food was cold but my plate was hot, what am I eating the plate ?? Makes no sense! Waited to long for for cold food in the first place. Yeah you guys remade our food but point is to get it right the first time. Not sure in what direction you guys are going but it’s downhill! You guys barely hand out cream for coffee or syrup for pancakes btw. Your menu is barely a menu now! And your prices went up.. It was good but prices too high. Breakfast for 2 should not cost $46+. One breakfast bowl, one omelette, 1 coffee and 2juices. Have had as good and much better for 1/2 the price. Their home fries are very good! The atmosphere was very nice and clean!

We are SO sad to see this restaurant changed. We have been coming here for years and it’s like a family member died. It doesn’t resemble the restaurant we have grown to know and love. I guess it’s time to find a new place. I can’t understand why they thought this was a good idea �

Hi Ryan! Sorry to hear that you are saddened by the refresh. It was 10 years since the last redo and we thought it time for updates. Think of it this way! You found a new place! All your favorites there just a new box wrapped in a different ribbon.
Food and service were both excellent!! Reasonably priced and very clean.. Everyone was very courteous.

Yes , like the other people commented, I was disappointed also . I don’t like the new menu. So much smaller . No jelly or syrup on the table. Cinnamon butter not regular butter ball for waffle. Small container of cream for coffee rather than creamers. Not the same. Will not be back in the near future. 😕

Hi Deb, Sorry to hear your not a fan of the menu redesign. I think we agree that it is a bit stark from the old design. Jelly served with breakfast at no additional cost is amazing! The best we can possibly provide! Syrup now served warm and so brought with the cakes instead of on the table. The butter is homemade from scratch pure butter with pure maple that we make in house. First time there in awhile, and quite disappointing. New menu sucks, left without ordering.

Hi Devin, The look is definitely a change from the last menu. Simpler, less color, less photos, less text-we are looking at softening the intensity a bit. Was it the color? Missing item? Price point?
Just went to T's Cranston. 1st time in awhile. The food and service were very good as usual. But the new breakfast menu is too limited and expensive. $18. for coffee eggs bacon potatos and 2 pancakes is overpriced. No side fruit included like before. It was an upsell to this expensive breakfast. I dont think that I'll be back.
