I placed an order on 2/16 for a TS 6 chip. I never received an order confirmation by email, but my card was charged $336.10 on that day. The site lists two shipping options: 2 business day, or 1 business day. I opted for the cheaper option and expected to receive the item on the 18th or on the 19th at the latest. When it didn't show up, I tried reaching the sales, tech support, and customer service departments by phone but couldn't get anyone on the line and couldn't leave a message. Terrible Product, Very Unsatisfied with How vehicle drives with module installed , and their customer service and support is awful. I will never do business with them again.
