He is quite a crude and pushy salesman. He contacted us quickly, but when we asked about the car fax, he basically said the car is so new that the car’s history doesn’t matter and it has only had a previous owner or two.
I tried to get a car from Toyo. I gave my info over the phone because I was out of town. They told me the deal was done... come get your car... waiting on u to pick it up. When I get there the wanted more down for the car. Then thay wanted to sale me a different car... the finance guy blame the car salesman and the car salesman blame the finance guy. Very unprofessional. Car salesman laughing about all the people that car to get a cars in the pass. Bad experience
Fast and accurate response
Tony was rude and abrasive. He had been driving the Kia for personal use and it had several thousand more miles on it than the listed mileage. I had a clear understanding that I was buying a used car but when I mentioned that the radio was broken in the car he stated well you’re not buying a new vehicle, you can change that out for a couple hundred dollars. The dealer called me and was very rude over the phone. Poor salesman. I feel bad for him. He was wanting me to buy the truck without any questions or negotiations. Yelling at me saying I was wasting his time.
They got back with me but i am going with some one else.
The dealer there seems to be pissed off all the time, He doesn't let you take the trucks to a mechanic so what ever you buy your taking a risk
Purchased a vehicle from them, however, I would not recommend or purchase from them again. The pictures posted made the vehicle appear much better than it was, the vehicle had dings all over it, was missing a wheel lug, had a air bag malfunction light on the dash, the only way to open the rear hatch was with the remote key, the opener on the hatch does not work, the hatch opener on the inside is missing. He lowered the price 1000 more, and I had already paid for a plane ticket and $140 taxi ride to this dealer.
Eric was great. I bought the car that I inquired about. Loving it!!!
