the owner is the most racist,, nasty,, and very arrogant, i have never met somebody so nasty as this man, i brought my car over and he was very nasty to me because we brought my car over with out his tow truck driver… nobody is paying 300 dollars to bring my car up the street and then for him to yell in my face that i had to pay 100 dollars up front before he do anything and i said that was ok with me but he kept going and being very nasty and saying i need to hurry up and pay i kindly asked him not to rush me because that i... read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service, flexibility, and hard work of T and his family. They had my car which had been sitting on the streets of philadelphia unmoved for 3 years looking and driving like new with 4 hours. They went above and beyond for such a reasonable price, I will never go anywhere else. Also, as a woman, I am always afraid to be gouged or taken advantage of but it was clear they were not overcharging me or fixing things that didnt need to be repaired. A+++++

Horrible customer service. He tried speaking to me like i.wss his child. I found out later that his quote was well over $100.
