New NP leaves lots to be desired. I went to her for second degree burns to my face. She recommended outdated ointments with NO follow up and refused to give me a doctor's note to allow me stay home for first week when I was in pain and looked horrendous. Thankfully my PCP gave me a letter (because she has a heart). I will never go back and don't recommend the clinic to anyone with the option to go anywhere else. I had (thankfully benign) a tumor on my finger that kept opening. At first it looked like a blood blister but kept getting bigger. I went to Urgent care, they tried to seal it and was not sure what it was, my primary thought it was herpes but suggest I see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist. So I am a patient Dr. Trzezinski so I called explained what was going on and they got me in the next day. She knew the minute she looked what it was and removed it immediately and sent to the lab. I have been going to this practice since I have been 1989. I am only in town for one day and every time I called for an appointment I was told there was not an opening. I went to office and asked to be seen and they said there was no appointments. Each time I called the lady was so rude and she was very rude when I spoke with her in person.
