Lab wait time is unacceptable. I have been here more than 30 minutes. Lab paper generated at 3:15pm on 2/3/25 it is currently 3:47 with a full waiting area and no lab calls.
I have been a patient of Dr. Knish for 20 years. His approach to patients is remarkable. His practice is ; responsible, empathetic, competent and supportive. His Assistant Phi is also all the above. The staff at TMP is excellent. Joseph Rothenberg
Extremely dissatisfied with Tryon Medical Matthews. It is impossible to see your primary care doctor ON TIME. I am ALWAYS seen an hour or more after my appointment time. There is no regard for respecting patients’ time here. The front desk is never friendly at this location. Additionally, I am never able to see my primary care doctor when I am sick. The dermatologist department in Matthews NC is horrify. No return message after leaving so many message .I Have to called another department to ask them to send the message to have them call me . And was told to reuse the one that not working from the first appointment. It is frustrating and it should not have tio bethat way.
I have been with Tryon Medical Partners since their inception. I followed my primary care for physician, Dr. Caroline Wilds from Atrium/Carolinas Healthcare System. While I am extremely pleased with my care from Dr. Wilds, I simply can’t remain silent about policies and procedures with Tryon Medical Partners.
