So when did it become normal practice for the Dr office not to call and verify a fax number to send a referral for your patients ? I’ve been waiting for my referral from this office to a new Dr bc of insurance , they said they sent in the 5th , they new Dr didn’t receive it , when I called they said we don’t call to get fax numbers , so I have to do your job . Calling one place to get a fax number that y’all should have been doing the day yall “ sent “ over the first time ! So who did you send my referral to ????
I have been a patient from the beginning of ther practice ans I just love them and I have the sweetest, concerning, honest doctor you could ever want.
Dr khish the best. Don't like parking at Novant but would not consider any other Doctor.
I don’t know why , but it shouldn’t take 33 min wait time to set up an appointment , I am not able to receive a call back , if this answering service is too busy , maybe they need to hire more people or let the actual office answer their phone
Dr. Knish has been my doctor for many, many years. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable and everything a doctor should be. Phi, his nurse, is also the best out there!
