I was a patient with Tryon Medical Partners for approximately eight years and had a stable history of medication management with my previous physician. Dr Amine Segueni is awesome. Nice guy, listens and cares. Has really helped me get my health back on track.
The doctor and staff are five stars. The portal experience is absolute trash. Trying to talk to a human is like winning the lottery. I was sent to get X-rays and the place that did it (also good staff) gave me my X-rays on DVD. Who even has a device with an optical drive?
So my current doctor is no longer with the Matthews location. I called to schedule with a new doctor and only 1 of the 8 doctors are accepting new patients??!?!. I am not a new patient, I have been with Tyron for years. Didn't anyone consider all of Dr. Millers patients and who they would go to internally? I am now honestly considering just going to a new practice.
