Dr. Knish is second to none. His bedside manners are EXCELLENT!! He has a kind and gentle spirit. His nurse Phi is AWESOME 👍. They work very as a team.
This review is specifically for Dr. Violetta Mihaleskiew (name may be misspelled). She was extremely rude, lacked bedside manner, and did not listen effectively. My mother saw her without me present, and despite my request, I never received a callback. When my mother developed concerning symptoms, I called the office and a nurse provided guidance. Lab wait time is unacceptable. I have been here more than 30 minutes. Lab paper generated at 3:15pm on 2/3/25 it is currently 3:47 with a full waiting area and no lab calls.
