After two bike purchases and numerous visits and questions, Tryon and it's employees continue to go above and beyond for the customer. Pushing a new bike is simply not their MO. These guys are great! I emailed them early 2017 to find out about rental bikes - looking for a gravel grinder for Erie canalway. They didn't have one at the time but got back in touch when a Niner RLT came into store. AJ & Les were great to deal with, Les even lending me his own bike rack for the week. I renewed my wrench club membership yesterday. I attended Kevin's clinic on Drivetrain Maintenance. I'm rehabbing a 1995 giant farrago which had been left in the garage for over 20 years. Dave was helpful in giving me direction. LOVE TRYON BIKE!
