Great people and so involved with the cycling communities functions. It is nice to have a locally own shop that cares .
I’ve had a great experience here in the past but turns out the location has closed and I can’t find the new address on the facebook page or google listing.... hard to get to your business when I don’t know where to go.
Tryon Bike is a super friendly Bike Shop. If you enjoy building bikes as much as riding them, this is the place for you. No attitude and great advice and knowledge. I will be joining the wench club soon as they have tools that most of us just need once in a lifetime. They also have a really nice line of Kona Bikes for all types of rides. I am always treated well at Tryon bike shop. Recently I damaged my bike a few days before I was supposed to go to the Adirondacks mountain biking. Tryon checked to see if the manufacturer would cover the damage (they didn't but I didn't expect them to), so they had the part shipped immediately and got my bike put together in time for me to go in my trip. The turn around time was amazing. Thank you Tryon!
Last year I bought a new bike from a different LBS and throughout the season struggled with a shifting problem. I took it back to the shop where I bought it 3x and no resolution. Feeling utterly frustrated, I spoke with Les and brought my bike to Tryon. Brandon listened to me and was able to correct the problem in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Guys. You Rock!!!
I have been in there last minute for a big ride with no training, and found everyone I worked with helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need. Used them twice for tune ups and each time the bike felt brand new. Repeat customer for sure!!!
