Got this shop recommended by several people from RBC group rides. Dropped a bike at the end of the season for wheel truing, and bottom bracket inspection. Service was done quickly, and well. However, on the next ride, front disc brakes were making squeaking noise (were working perfectly well before service at Tryon). Apparently pads/rotors got contaminated with oil or something similar. My daughter was visiting from CO and her mountain bike was damaged when someone backed into it. She needed to get on the road and Tryon bike was willing to give her some emergency service. Her bike was fixed in 2 hours. Thank you Tryon bike!

Tryon helped me get my daughter’s freehub put back on properly. They were able to do it on the spot in 10 minute’s time, explained it to me and they were super nice about it. I’ll come back for the attitude alone.
Very honest folks. Went in with the intention of buying a new bike for $4,000. AJ. sized me up and said I would be better making a few adjustments on my current bike. Not many shops would do that!
The guys there were knowledgeable and helpful, and they have a dog in the shop which makes everything even better!
