Don’t do business with Dan
Go look on yelp. Theres more. Much more... Frankly I can't believe they're still in business. Dan is the absolute worst person i have ever met. If you do contract with them. Make sure and keep a copy of your lease through the entirety of the term and take record of every single interaction you have with them (email, in-person, through mail etc) it will come in handy later when you seek legal representation.
I lost business over the weekend for closing my shop . Tryad properties failed to communicate and give me a reschudle date I lost business over the weekend . I called the number on the sheet I got poor and rude customer service and the lady hung up and won’t answer my phone calls anymore .
Warning: Don't rent if the company they deal with is Named "Sweetwater Investor"s that company is nothing but MONEY HUNGRY and your rent will go up 10 percent a Year!!!!
