Very professional When Rudy arrived he was polite and professional and listened as I explained what needed repairing. After looking over my Water heater he took a few minutes to review possible solutions, and the prices associated with them. The price he quoted before the job started, was the price I paid when he finished, no hidden fees or extra charges.
