I worked for this company a little over a year. The owners refused me a raise after I never missed a day in the time I worked there after volunteering and working all but 1 holiday. The owners are condescending, and disrespectful to the workers. After I quit, the owner, Tony, reported me to the department of agriculture for "abandoning" my post, when I never signed in; and wrote me a despicable letter basically calling me a piece of s**t. I recommend working here. I do it on a part time basis because I have another full time job, but the owners are great people and I'm glad I got the opportunity to work here.
I have worked for TRVST for several years. I'm ex Navy and have always held that as a core of my work ethic. I work hard and expect the same of my Officers. The Company gives respect to the men and women that work for it. They go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their Employees. I have seen this personally many times.
