I was an early adopter, week one here at TruFit. I’m now approaching my 200th class and at 53 have become somewhat of a fitness junky. The classes are structured, tough, but fun. Im looking forward to the next 200 classes!

Great workout. Matt did an excellent job motivating the group and walking us through each exercise. Definitely recommend trying a workout. You will not be disappointed. They will soon offer child care while you workout which is a plus!
Matt Temby has done a tremendous job of promoting TRVFIT over the last few months. I work and live in the area and am excited to try the place out very soon!
