Exalt Fitness is the best gym community I have ever been a part of! Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I show up even when I don’t want to, because I know I will leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. I have been able to challenge myself more than ever before, because of coaches & members that encourage me. When I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, the coaches helped me modify every workout to avoid pain and further injury. Love Exalt Fitness! The variety of classes, the programming, the people and the energy are why I continue to be a member since the beginning. The workouts can be scaled and tailored to where your own fitness level is at from beginner to advanced.

Exalt Fitness is for everyone. Love the classes, coaches and members. Everyone works with you so you get the most out of your workout, no matter what fitness level you are. There’s an evaluation when you first join and periodic reveals to make sure you are hitting your goals. I have been able to see visible progress!
