I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes
I went for a scan over 2 weeks ago, there has still been no reading on it. I believe what others are saying that the outsourcing process isn't working. The people are nice unfortunately the company operations are lacking. If you actually want results I'd recommend not coming here and taking your scan needs elsewhere.
I suppose I can start with what many others are commenting about. The outsourcing of their scheduling and calls. The individuals have often been rude and VERY difficult to understand. It also seems that they really don't have an understanding on how to properly schedule for the appointments. Lets get to today, I had an appointment for an issue that I have been dealing with for a while. A little less than 2 hours before I am to check in I get called as their tech had to leave early. Horrible medical care. It didn’t used to be this bad, but now that all patient assistance has been outsourced, you can’t actually talk to someone about your appointment or any accommodations that need to be made for it. And when they cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’re left holding the bill for accommodations that were scheduled around your appointment. Avoid Kern Radiology Downtown, and the rest of their offices, if possible.
