The front desk is horrible, I was yelled at, and I consider it unacceptable to treat clients in such a manner.
Dr. Lora Brown is the most brilliant, intelligent, caring, new age medicine and pain relieving doctor among so many other great things. Dr Lora Brown helped my father with his PPMS and helped slow the progress and even gain some function back! Dr Lora Brown also helped me with chronic severe spinal issues among other things. The worst experience in my life. The doctor leaves a good impression, the physical therapy didn't help, thankfully I went to another place for surgery. Trying to contact this place tough was hell, the customer service needs to intake calming medicine because they will yell at you, curse at you, and just blatantly hang up whenever you call them. The way they communicate is worth no money, even if I were to be paid to listen I would not. I would not recommend this place to anyone close to me.
