Fix your internet Tru-Vista Internet keeps shutting off and turning back on.. It's not the router it's something happening with the company possibly flipping switches or something idk "Can't play or watch anything with out it turning off and half hour later back on again like they are doing a full reset on there system. I would give this a half star if I could. - It's 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗽𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝘅
Love the new internet! Have had not one issue!
Do NOT choose Truvista as your internet provider. The customer service is horrible! I have called for 4 months to have my ACP credit added to my account. They have only one person that processes these credits, Denise, and they can only reach her by email! I am out $150 and looking for a new provider!
Absolutely love truvista. Decently priced. Easy to upgrade your speeds! They typically are very quick to come out if you ever have any problems and are great to help!
If any other services were available with the speed I need I would use them instead. Terrible internet and mostly unhelpful services. Wouldn't be mad if the place ceased to exist.
