Was great when we first got it , now past 3 months it has been horrible!! After 5 pm it drops from 150 Down to 10ish on download! Absolutely fantastic to not be able to use it when we are home and plan on watching movies ect. Not getting what I pay for ! I think it's to many customers on the hub in Royston and keep getting told equipment has been ordered! Starting to look like another crappy Internet company ripping customers off!!
Not reliable, out more than windstream and never get the speeds promised
Would not suggest because it Keeps disconnecting the internet every time I'm trying to look something up or watch my shows making it difficult and always buffering..
The worst signal, the worst customer service. Overcharges for services we never used.
Fix your internet Tru-Vista Internet keeps shutting off and turning back on.. It's not the router it's something happening with the company possibly flipping switches or something idk "Can't play or watch anything with out it turning off and half hour later back on again like they are doing a full reset on there system. I would give this a half star if I could. - It's 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗽𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝘅
