The owner will comment argumentatively or this review will be removed. Friendly and punctual staff. Significantly overpaid for a 20 page report about broken light switches, leaking hose bibs, burnt out light bulbs, etc. Would have been nice to know there was a significant leak under a toilet in my 1st floor powder room. Inspector claims it wasn’t there where he took a reading of the wall. The black brittle soaking wet floor full of bugs is easy to miss. I don’t care about basic homeowner neglect.
