Ryan provided an incredibly comprehensive inspection! He is very experienced and competent. I deducted one star because the roof of the property he came to inspect was not accessible, so understandably he could not inspect it. Another inspector had a drone to utilize for these situations. Would not expect all the fancy gadgets from every inspector but what I do expect is a refund for part of the big parts of an inspection not performed. I asked and was not given one.
