Ryan did a fantastic job on our inspection. It was our first time buying a home. He inspected pre-drywall, final, and 1 year. He found things in all three phases that could have cost me a lot of money down the road. The builder told me I didn’t need an inspection, that they had inspectors. Well they didn’t catch half of what he was able to find, including a section of studs in our bathroom that the plumber broke loose and was never re-secured. Wow, they did a fantastic job looking over the entire property. Ryan was extremely knowledgable, having knowledge on how code has changed over many decades along with what the actual risks to the property. They included infrared readings and termite inspection included. Honestly they have raised the standard and other inspection companies will need to raise their standard to keep up.
