Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful. Very thorough examination of eyes. Explained everything in detail and answered questions. Dr. Bui was great at reviewing options for cataract surgery. Her staff were very good as well. Made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this practice.
As a nurse practitioner, I find Dr. Bui refreshing and honest. She listens and never seems to be in a rush to get to the next patient. I find her bedside manner refreshing and relaxing in an era of frantic rushing from task to task. The entire staff reflects Dr Bui ideology of patient first.
