Awful communicaton...in fact, there is none! It's such a terrible experience with these people...like an on off switch...I tried emailing texting, all the avenues that worked when they were charging me for the higher priced service but after they received their big payment, nothing! I called and let a manager have it and was assured all would be taken care of. 4 months goes by and NOTHING! Suddenly I get an appointment reminder for 3 days from now?!?! Nope! Not happening! This place has 2 entries in Google - beware. This one (1.7 during the time of writing this review) is certainly the more accurate one based on my experience. Do not go near this place with a 10 foot pole. They are grifters.

Driver almost caused an accident, was driving reckless and way to fast swerving in and out, riding bumpers in a 35 in Morganton.
We had a big mole problem and we had snakes. Tru Tech charged us $400 to come out and treat these problems then another $79 a month to come back each month. They never got rid of the moles or the snakes. Do not waste your money on them they are not going to help you with anything. We even kept telling them that we still had the moles and snakes but nothing was ever done!! Will never use these people again!!
