American Home Shield contracted TruTech to replace the AC in the condo I'm renting. The two highly experienced techs TruTech sent, Daquan B. and another gentleman, were extremely professional, super polite, very focused, and clearly, took pride in their work. I was tremendously impressed by these young men and their wealth of knowledge / subject-matter expertise. I did not know that I was responsible for taking down a wall so the could make a repair. When I got upset and used the F word once. The guy on the telephone said he was canceling the job!! I've been without heat for 5 days! Who does that? And now I have to start the process all over again.

Had a contractor come out to service my AC/HVAC system which was not working. Turns out my motor needed to be replaced. The technicians were timely, held a professional manner and were courteous. HOWEVER, they came out three times and each time my unit stopped working within days of them coming out. Doesn't matter if you are on time and pleasant if you cannot fix the problem after 3 visits. Had to switch to another company.

Spoke with Lawerence who itself an manager. He seem careless with work out deal with me. I had problem with AC unit and they are just cheating out to re-fill the liquid to make it go away problem and less work. I had this same problem last year and I did explained to them before arrived my house and they simple did the same thing. Re-filling liquid is not normal to do it every year. I wouldnt recommend to contact hem because they look for simple job .

When draining my neighbor's radiators on the coldest day of the winter, they didn't make sure the water went into the catch basin and instead the water ended up coating our sidewalk and walk to a depth of an inch. When confronted over this, they offered to chip the ice out if I got them a shovel. Even after I got them a shovel, they failed to do so. I don't care how good your work is, if you're not paying attention to how your waste water is disposed, and it creates a huge hazard for others, you should fix it.
