If I can give 0 stars I would , the lady doing the blood tests, couldn’t be any more rude. Stabs it right in your arm. No empathy or care. Gives attitude when you ask a question and gives you a dozen excuses why they can’t answer your questions. Fix your attitude or find a different job. This is insane.
Excellent service! Doctor Parvin and the nurse Deb were both amazing and really took care of me. I had to get stitches and their quick action saved me hours of time. Thank you for taking care of me!!
Brought my mom in for bloodwork yesterday and was amazed how quick we were taken care of , in and out within than 10 minutes , would recommend.
The receptionists here are extremely rude and unhelpful. They appear untrained, lack basic empathy toward patients, and do not handle their responsibilities properly. Paperwork is often left incomplete, follow-ups with doctors are neglected, and patients are not updated in a timely manner. They make unfair assumptions that patients automatically know when to visit or sign documents, without providing clear instructions.
