Let's see brought my dog in about 4 times misdiagnosed ended up taking her to another vet and it was to late to save her life! She was so young and it was treatable had it been caught, and another dog of ours as well again misdiagnosed saying she had heart worms and other stuff which in fact the other vet did two more heart worm test and even look closer through microscope and nothing! Also the other vet did everything in front of us, that way we knew nothing was falsified! Our dogs have suffered longer then they needed to o... read more

Heather, I am sincerely sorry for the loss of sweet Daisy and for the error in missing performing a second test to confirm the heartworm test for Lucy. For both of your pets referenced, I did perform diagnostic tests in house and showed either you or your husband the actual test with the verified positive result (like you would see in a pregnancy test.) They treated Bates like he was one of their own and took the time to speak with me and explain things to me. I loved how personable they are as well because I am such a people person myself. We took our Saint Bernard litter for their first vet visit here and boy are we happy we did. They were so great with the puppies!! We are keeping one from the litter and our Abbey will continue to go to trusty vet. Dr Bradshaw is a very knowledgeable vet, and very compassionate!
The staff was excellent and they really were informative about the new addition to our family.
