DON'T go there. They seem caring and professional when you take your loved one there. Then you don't hear from them, and they don't let you see your loved one for a week. I took clothes to my family member and they did not get around to giving them to her for 4 days nor did they let her bath. That is neglect leaving an elderly person in the same clothes and undergarments for four days and no toothbrush either. AWEFUL PLACE. Don't let the beautiful building and kind first floor staff fool you!
