I just became the tenant of one of Trustmark’s properties and immediately ran into a major pest problem. Apparently they didn’t do a good job of ensuring the place was clear of pests, because within days of moving in I opened a window and dozens of LARGE ants were swarming in and out of the place. Got scammed by a guy that goes by the name of Oby. We wanted to apply for a property he listed. The place was beautiful and it just seemed too good to be true but I took a leap of faith. so he sent the link and the link didn’t have the property listed on the website. We expressed our concern to him about this and he said it’s a glitch in the system just apply to any property and we will make sure it goes to the right property.
