When you move in check the windows, carpet, under the sinks. They will charge you on move out for what they left dirty. When you take move in photos make sure you keep them for yourself. The a/c went out multiple times. There were leaks and mold everywhere. There was a bug problem and we found rat poison after we moved in. By far the worst property management experience I’ve had in roughly 10 years of renting. Our problems started on move-in day when my family and I arrived with our moving truck only to discover we had not been provided the correct code or access information despite me reaching out ahead of time. We were left locked out while trying repeatedly to contact management, and I eventually had to escalate the situation just to get a response. No apology or accountability was ever given.
