very nice staff. comfortable spaces to make you feel relaxed during withdrawal, plus the pay is bomb
They just abruptly canceled all appointments and said they would reschedule them for February, but the entire company has ghosted everyone and you cannot get ahold of them.
Not trustable
I had a very similar experience to D N. I went through the screening process in November 2022 and had my first donation scheduled for January 6th, 2023. I received a phone call 3 hours before my scheduled donation telling me they were experiencing a "staffing glitch" and needed to reschedule me which we did for January 20th, 2023. I received an email on January 11th, 2023 that they were "pausing operations" and not completing pre-screen visits or platelet donations at this time. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find the doors locked, the phone system disabled, and other people in the parking lot who were also just discovering that the place had shut down. Even the UPS guy trying to deliver a package was taken by surprise. Dodgy, fly-by-night behavior.
