We were pleased with the quality of the doors we eventually received, but the company’s lack of control over their production process was clear throughout our experience. I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the customer service I've experienced. After spending over $21,000 on interior doors, I expected a level of support that reflects the size of that investment. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Getting in touch with someone at your company is nearly impossible. Phone calls go unanswered, and when someone finally responds, it’s through email—often with no real resolution. Shoutout to Phillip! Superb professional in his field, polite and highly respectful of even the drivers. Handled a tough situation swiftly and brilliantly.
For the money, I expected better. We ordered an MDF door with a frosted half-lite. They sprayed primer over the lite's protective film, so that removing the film resulted in a half door's worth of primer shattering across our bedroom in fingernail-clipping-sized chips. Would have been easier to prime the door ourselves than to clean up that mess. Very disappointed in the customer service of TruStile. They have continually missed countless deadlines and never have a justification of why. They also do not notify their sales reps when they miss deadlines so you as the customer have no idea what is going on. When I finally was able to talk to a sales rep at Trustile Directly, he never once apologized for their missed deadlines. Rather, he lectured me how they have had an absolute record year, growing by over 40% and are the best at what they do. He talked for 10 minutes... read more
