Called for a leaking toilet — thought it would be a simple flapper issue, but turns out the tank bolts were corroded and dripping slowly. The plumber replaced them, resealed everything, and even leveled the toilet base better than before. It hasn’t leaked since.

Mark was amazing, our basement flooded and we were freaking out. He found the source of the problem, replaced it and even recommended a company to handle all the water clean up.
I had an issue with the water pressure in the whole house. Took a few tests but they figured it out a corroded pipe near the main line. Replaced it and it’s back to normal.
