If I could give 0 stars, I would do so. She labeled a walk in closet as a bedroom. I can’t believe we wasted good money on this pathetic excuse of an appraisal!
the broker asked to use this appraiser, while they charge very expensive fee, they did unprofessional job, they did NOT research at all, and gave very unreasonable appraisal, we need to spend a lot of time to dispute the appraisal, kind of waste money, waste life, will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone use it.
