Be careful with this service specially if you are hiring an interpreter for immigration purposes. The person they sent with us to the interview did not translate accurately. There were multiple occasions that the interpreter kept on asking the officer to repeat the question. Then when we got out the interpreter told us that it was hard for him to understand the officer. I hired this company on the 22nd of April for an appointment on the 13th of may. Everything seems ok until today (the day before the appointment) when I called for the second day in a row and finally got what I understood as our assigned interpreter. Well she advised me that she was not scheduled to interpret she had cancelled the day before. I called the main number to see what was going on and got the run around all day long. I needed a document translated with urgency as I was already at the agency in question and I didn’t want to return another day. I called their number and Ignacio was quick to get on the case. The process is all online but I needed close support due to connection issues on my side. Ignacio stayed on and was easily available throughout the process so I got my document VERY quick and finished my transaction as planned. Would DEFINITELY work with them again.
