Be careful with this service specially if you are hiring an interpreter for immigration purposes. The person they sent with us to the interview did not translate accurately. There were multiple occasions that the interpreter kept on asking the officer to repeat the question. Then when we got out the interpreter told us that it was hard for him to understand the officer. I had a great experience with this company. They translated my certificates quickly and professionally, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I hired this company on the 22nd of April for an appointment on the 13th of may. Everything seems ok until today (the day before the appointment) when I called for the second day in a row and finally got what I understood as our assigned interpreter. Well she advised me that she was not scheduled to interpret she had cancelled the day before. I called the main number to see what was going on and got the run around all day long. Fantastic translation service. They quoted the lowest price, were responsive on the weekend and had the translation to me by Monday morning. I speak the language, so I know the translation was perfect. They even followed up to ensure I had received the documents when I failed to confirm receipt.
