I purchased a Groupon for an oil change here. "Beto", the store manager, denied me the service after having me redeem my Groupon prior to completing the service. The reason he gave for refusing to work on my vehicle was that the oil pan was cross threaded/stripped. His recommendation was to install a new oil pan. I later found out this was not true as I purchased a new drain plug that fit just fine and completed the oil change at home myself. I initially was going to come up for two new tires, but I saw that they do oil changes as well so I figured I might as well get that done too. The staff was friendly, patient and I didn't feel pushed or taken advantage of. The service was completed in a timely manner (I was on my lunch break). It was more expensive than I thought it would be (some unclear charges), but in the end I'm happy and feel like they did a good job.
